Subscription and Cancellation Terms

Last updated: 7 August 2026

These terms apply in addition to the specific information shown before purchase for products offered as recurring deliveries or subscriptions in the Dremis store.

1. Delivery and billing interval

The selected delivery and billing interval and the price due are shown before you subscribe. Unless expressly stated otherwise, recurring payments are processed through the payment method selected when the subscription is created.

2. Term and cancellation

Unless a fixed minimum term is expressly stated when you subscribe, the subscription continues until cancelled and may be ended for future deliveries. Cancellation affects future orders that have not yet been triggered. An individual order that has already been generated, validly accepted or dispatched is not automatically cancelled by ending the subscription; statutory withdrawal and conformity rights remain unaffected.

You can cancel through the subscription-management and cancellation options made available in the store or in your order/subscription information. Where legally required, we also provide the statutory online cancellation function. Alternatively, you may send a clear cancellation notice to contact@dremis.store.

3. Changes by the customer

Where the subscription-management system permits, you may pause future deliveries, change delivery intervals, or update payment and delivery details. Changes take effect only if completed and technically confirmed before the next order is processed.

4. Unavailability and technical issues

If a product scheduled for a future subscription delivery is temporarily unavailable, we may reasonably postpone, skip or—where fulfilment is not possible—cancel that delivery. We will not retain payment for goods that are not supplied. We will not substitute a different product without your consent.

5. Prices and discounts

The confirmed price applies to each order already triggered. Changes to prices or discounts for future subscription orders will be made only to the extent permitted by law and, where required, notified before they take effect. Time-limited promotions or discounts may expire unless they were expressly promised to apply permanently.

6. Right of withdrawal

For a contract involving regular delivery of goods over a defined period, the statutory withdrawal period generally begins when the first goods are received. See our Withdrawal and Refund Policy for details and statutory exceptions.

7. Contact

For subscription or cancellation questions, contact contact@dremis.store.
