Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


1. Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition. Please contact us to initiate the return process.


2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it’s inspected, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or a full refund.


4. Exchange
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply return the item and place a new order.
