Withdrawal and Refund Policy

This policy explains your statutory rights when ordering through our online store. We currently do not provide an additional voluntary return right beyond statutory rights.

1. Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer and enter into a distance contract with us, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

For a sales contract, the withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a third party nominated by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods. Where several goods from one order are delivered separately, it generally begins when the last item is received; for regular delivery of goods over a defined period, it generally begins when the first item is received.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement of your decision:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Where our website provides the legally required electronic withdrawal function, you may also submit your withdrawal through that function and will receive an electronic acknowledgement.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw, we will refund payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Extra costs caused by choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.

Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

4. Return and return shipping costs

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of the withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please contact us before returning goods so we can correctly allocate the return to your order. Prior contact is not a condition for validly exercising the statutory withdrawal right.

5. Diminished value

You are responsible for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and the statutory requirements for such compensation are met.

6. Exclusions or early expiry of the withdrawal right

The withdrawal right does not apply, or may expire early, where a statutory exception applies. This may include sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed after delivery. This exception applies only where the statutory requirements are actually met in the individual case.

7. Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

Your statutory conformity and warranty rights remain unaffected. If goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact contact@dremis.store as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, include photos and your order number. A request for prompt notification does not shorten or remove your statutory rights.

8. Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another product, you may—where a statutory withdrawal right applies—withdraw from the original order and place a new order.
