Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

We ship orders to EU countries.
Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped either:

Directly from our international partner warehouses (e.g. within or outside the EU)
This allows us to offer a wider product selection and better availability.

EU Orders: Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days

In some cases (for items shipped from partner warehouses), delivery may take 10–20 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, holidays, or local postal services.

Standard Shipping: €5.99 within the EU

Free Shipping: On orders over €59 within the EU
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (if available).
Please note:
Some shipments may be split into multiple packages and may receive separate tracking numbers.
6. Customs, VAT & Duties
Most orders shipped from EU warehouses do not incur any additional fees.
In rare cases where an item is shipped from an international partner warehouse and local customs or VAT charges are requested by the carrier:

In such a case, please contact us immediately and send us the receipt — we will reimburse you for these costs.

7. Shipping Issues
