The uncomfortable part

Your diffuser is not the protocol.

It is only the tool. The protocol is the combination of named oils, defined sequence, dosage, timing and repetition.

StateSleep, stress, focus or breathe.
Oil roleEach oil has one job.
TimingUse it at the right moment.
RepeatThe cue becomes familiar.

Human studies behind the selection

What the studies actually measured.

Individual oils are selected with published human research in mind. We show what those studies actually measured — and just as clearly what they do not prove about the finished Dremis protocol.

From paper to selection

We do not choose oils by gut feeling.

Published human studies guide selection: lavender for sleep quality, peppermint for memory and alertness, bergamot for stress-response markers.

Peppermint was found to enhance memory.

Lavender + sleep hygiene

79 people with self-reported sleep issues: lavender plus sleep hygiene improved subjective sleep quality more than sleep hygiene alone. Measured sleep duration was not longer — the signal was about perceived sleep quality.

Randomized trial ↗

Peppermint + cognitive tasks

144 healthy volunteers: the peppermint condition showed better memory performance and higher self-reported alertness than comparison conditions. That is a signal for attention and cognition — not a guaranteed effect for every user.

Randomized trial ↗

Bergamot + short inhalation

41 healthy women: after 15 minutes of bergamot vapor, salivary cortisol was lower than after rest alone. Cortisol is a hormone involved in the stress response; some fatigue and negative-mood scores also improved. The finding applies to these study conditions.

Crossover study ↗

The studies tested individual oils with their own doses and delivery methods. Dremis uses this evidence for selection; the finished protocol itself is not clinically proven by these studies and no personal result is guaranteed.
